The US Press Secretary is scheming to have the President go to Hell

Dear Friends, I have a hypothesis. Rather than presenting mathematical proof, I will wrap the evidence into a court story. I know only very few people like math but most people like stories and humor. You will be the jury on my hypothesis! Enjoy!!

Donald Trump passed on the golden spoon.

Here I need to provide some background. Germans use the expression “to pass on the spoon” (Den Löffel abgeben) when somebody dies. This relates back to the days when spoons were chipped from wood. So, this expression predates our destructive single-use, smooth plastic culture. A freshly whittled wood spoon has some pretty, or rather not so pretty, rough edges. After the spoon was used over somebody’s lifetime all the rough edges have been smoothed out and whoever inherited such a wonderful, polished spoon was rather happy to receive it from the person who passed it on. No splinter left behind!

At the gate, St. Paul is on guard duty, ensuring lawful processing of the asylum claims. He asks the tired, newly arriving souls to download the CBP HOME app so that their applications can be processed while they wait in purgatory-light for their applications to be processed. To make purgatory-light bearable the thermostat has been lowered from “Hell” to “Death Valley, Summer”. Some of the Souls are still whining about this setting and argue that after global warming has struck, they should receive a discount. They say the added heat feels like a tariff. Anyway, thanks to advanced AI processing the migrating souls don’t have to roast to the state of “clean beautiful coal” before their case is decided by the Artificial Intelligence, Immigration Judge (AI.IJ) application that has stored everything humans know and did and a lot more BS in its LLM (Large Language Model). Heaven can only run this extreme power-hungry application by sending many souls to Hell because humanity completely depleted the fossil fuels on Earth. That means Heaven must sell souls to Hell where they are finding their final solution to use AI. It is a truly Faustian Bargain.

Background for the non-German reader: A Faustian bargain is a pact or agreement to exchange something of immense value, like one's soul or moral principles, for something desirable such as knowledge, power, wealth, or pleasure. The term originates from the German legend of Dr. Faust,(“Faust” in German is “fist”) who sold his soul to the Devil to gain knowledge and power. It signifies a self-defeating transaction where the cost outweighs the gain.

As soon as Donald Trump has entered his name and the field with his final occupation (47th POTUS) St. Paul sends out a masked and armed ICE angel squad (imagine Charly’s Angels here in their jump suits; I love Farah Fawcett!) to grab Donald and bring him in an unmarked ICEcream truck to the See-GOD processing facility. Donald loves being grabbed by the Angels! A dream comes true!

The sound of See-God reminds Donald of the CECOT facility (Centro de Confinamiento del Terrorismo) where he used to unlawfully fly illegal immigrants under the radar of the Supreme Court while he ruled the US. It was wonderful that these fools believed it was good to blindfold themselves. He is happy to hear that heavenly justice sounds very similar to the “Just HIS” Justice department that he had “reformed” or corrupted on Earth. With a little $Trump meme coin it should be possible to get a premium seat in Heaven. He still has $Billions of those in his Crypto company. His artificially colored, partially artificial hair is quickly shaved. He is escorted into a HUGE, Supreme-size court room. Donald feels right at home. He has spent a lot of his time on Earth in Court.

A person with long hair and brown skin enters and sits down at the judge’s bench. Donald thinks: “Oh God help me, he looks like a Radical Left, Lunatic of a Judge, a troublemaker and agitator …”

St. Paul addresses Donald: Donald, welcome to your last tribunal. I am St. Paul. I hope you know me already well from your Bible studies. I understand you are a prolific seller of the Trump Bible and as such we assume you are expertly versed in the details of this magnificent book. I am the man formerly known as Saul who was a fervent persecutor of Christians. I met Jesus on the road to Damascus. You must have read about me in the Acts of the Apostles. I did a complete turnaround and after some hellish suffering on Earth in the name of Jesus I am now happy to be in Heaven and continue to serve the Lord in less painful positions. When we prepared your trial, we were looking for Matt Gaetz as your defender. Since you had nominated him to become Attorney General for your Second Coming, we thought he would be a trusted legal agitator on your behalf. Unfortunately, we did not find his soul. Somebody must have forgotten to put one in when they assembled him. This does happen sometimes. According to our records he was manufactured in the USA. They used to be very good in manufacturing, but recently the devil has slipped into their details. Now they only make stuff up. Consequently, God decided that I should be your defender. He believes that I am an expert in personal turnarounds and will be able to shine a powerful light on the turnaround opportunities that you had. He is the Decider around here, not George W. Bush (2006: "I'm the decider, and I decide what is best").

The good news for you is that I work pro bono. We know you don’t like to pay with your own money for your representation in court. Your $Trump meme coins are not legal tender in Heaven. Or Hell. Soul is the only currency that counts at the final judgement.

Last, but not least, I like to introduce you to Jesus at the bench. He will be your Judge. I hope you don’t think of him as Judge Judy just because of his long hair. He is a man! But first let him wash your feet. They are so dirty from the long journey. Jesus loves the strangers from far away. I must share with you that this will be a bench trial. I believe you are familiar with the concept since your trial in front of Juan Merchan in the ‘hellhole’ of New York. I am quoting you here with the ‘hellhole’. I have the suspicion that if your trial does not go well and you must self-deport from Heaven, you would be very happy if you could evade your judgement by sneaking through the Lincoln Tunnel into Hell’s Kitchen, instead of dropping into real Hell. We here in Heaven think about Hell’s Kitchen in NY as Fake Hell… We know you are an expert trash-talker on Fake anything …

Sorry I digressed. Sometimes my thoughts turn into a stream of conscience. Since you have no conscience, this is foreign to you. However, we have watched quite a few recordings in NEATFLIX, the heavenly streaming App, that show you trash-talking in a STREAM OF UNCONSCIENCE. Your highest rated titled was the “Access Hollywood tape”. It was rated (R), for Republicans only. A straight 10!

We must do a bench trial because we could not find a single soul that could match you as a peer even after we send jury summons to all the souls that were already deported to Hell but have not yet been burned to power our AI.IJ app.

Here in Heaven, we must fight the justice war with the army we have, not the army YOU wish WE had. Do you remember Donald Rumsfeld? That was another soul that missed the turn around… Because of this limitation we renamed our Justice Department recently to Just-War department. Archangel Michael fought for this change. I am sure you would be much happier if I looked like her. We noticed that you have a pattern to choose looks over qualifications when you ran the US Government show. We know you were very happy with the job she did on you in the “Just HIS” department in your Blondi crush time.

You were born on 6/14/1946. This is 23 years after the introduction of leaded gasoline in the US. The first 40 years of your life you had to deal with constant toxic lead exposure. It took the people a long time to stop this madness. Poisoning people for profit was ok. Just poisoning the precious metals in catalytic converters went too far… We are aware that lead exposure leads to violent behavior, so we were not too surprised to see some of that on your personal journey and will consider this in the judgement. You will get one lead Mulligan for this. I must explain that the lead Mulligan is here much more popular with the asylum-seeking souls than an Oscar on Earth.
We see you had a cushy upbringing in a very well-to-do family. You dodged serving in the Vietnam War due to “bone spurs”, certified by a Dr. Braunstein as a favor to your father. Lucky you! You avoided exposure to Agent Orange that the US dropped prolifically and exfoliatingly on the Vietnam jungle, Vietnamse civilians, foes, and their own service boys. That means you will not qualify for the Agent Orange Mulligan in the final tally.

You may notice that the maze of your life looks very similar to the board game “Game of Life” on Earth. The souls here in Heaven like to bet on the path of the souls on Earth. This is our most fun entertainment up here. We do have quite a few scientists in Heaven. They are a lot of fun, especially if they are on the older side. They are so innovative. We know you prefer the Anti-scientists, and on the younger side. Because we thought that souls cannot be split, Gambling here was not possible for a long time. But when we had a few world-class nuclear physicists and the inventor of Bitcoin applied for asylum in Heaven we were able to create a system where a soul in Heaven could split off a few Satoshi’s for gambling without damaging the soul. Just a few little scars. It is like getting older… Without all these creative scientists here, life in heaven would be a lot of drudgery. By the way, the inventor of Bitcoin did not make it into Heaven because of the corrupt schemes that his invention enabled on Earth. But we made sure that Hell left a few Satoshis of his soul around as a token of remembrance before burning it to feed AI.IJ. We joke about this as the Burning Man Festival.

Your initial life followed a very liberal path with a few left turns as you can see. Some would call it a steep downhill, morally speaking... At the end you turned right and got stuck in an increasingly vicious right-turning spiral. Coriolis was thinking that your path looks just like a hurricane in the Southern Hemisphere. Einstein wisecracked that you had been violently right-circling the Southern Hemisphere of many female encounters all your life. And Newton then added that based on his law of the conservation of momentum he was sure you would not be able to break out from that spin. So he placed all his Satoshis on you spinning right 'til death tore you apart. Oh my, these smart scientists are always good for a lighthearted joke. You should have remembered that sometimes it is better to be less conservative of your bad momentum and instead do a good turn. It is wonderful to be among smart and witty people. You are on record to love the poorly educated. That makes me worried you might not be a good fit for life of appreciating science and betting in Heaven…

Your Press Secretary, Karoline Leavitt, had been scheming all along to use your Second Coming and the fact that you passed the golden spoon to connect the POTUS autopen to the nuclear football so that the Second Coming of Christ would be triggered on Earth by the nuclear Holocaust. She had convinced herself that you were the Antichrist. She did not understand that you were only a fake Antichrist and acting the anti-Jesus role on God’s casting to scare humanity to turn around to save themselves from the climate Armageddon that they were creating with their addiction to destructive fossil fuels. God wanted YOU to scare the bejesus out of THEM and save the fossil fuels for ourselves to power AI.IJ in Heaven. Heaven First!

You should have connected the dots from Leavitt to “leave it!” She was a pretty soul … There are only Satoshi-size bits left of her. Like most other Souls in the Caravan. Had you ever even read the first chapter of the Bible - I am talking about the part with Adam and Eve here - you would have known that nothing good comes from chasing the Apples of the pretty ladies. You clearly did not even get that first message based on your life’s journey.

When you were stuck in the vicious right turn spiral we had a lot of bets going if you would stumble on the Road to Damascus to start your own turn around similarly to how Saul found Jesus and turned around.

First God saved you in Butler, Pennsylvania on 7/13/2024 by only letting the bullet graze your ear. That was HIS shot across your bow to have you change course. You should have read his clear signs and understood that you became his Butler on the mission to turn humanity around. God wanted YOU to be the scariest bullet that shoots across humanities bow. Please look at the map. The Butler miracle convinced enough of the CINO, Christian’s in name only who were not following Jesus’ teachings and were scheming to create the conditions for the Second Coming of Christ, to vote for you. This helped you to win against the brown gal that wanted to be president. You were convinced that the Lord had interfered on your behalf, and you were RIGHT. You played an amazing Madman act and very quickly showed the fundamental weaknesses of humans so called rules-based order that was inviting all this corruption. You did this in such a short time. Both the national system in the US and the UN are corrupt and do not deliver God’s intended harmony and peace for humanity. We were all amazed how you played all this CORRUPTION right over the table, literally smashing it into everybody’s faces. We still don’t get how they did not get that you were ACTING as God’s WRONG WAY sign to them. It was so OBVIOUS!

The second time where we thought you would stumble onto your Road to Damascus was when you called into Fox and Friends in August 2025 and said: “I want to try and get to heaven, if possible.” We saw this as your SMS to Heaven. Save My Soul! At that time, TWO, who is TrashWalker One, the creator of the Trashwalker Reformation Movement, was trying to let you know that it was time for your last Act. Like Sauls act in the Acts of the Apostles when he was on his Road to Damascus and turned around. You can see on your map that if you had turned around on your Road to Damascus you could have simply followed the T-R-A-S-H-W-A-L-K-E-R route directly to Heaven.

Your third opportunity was when you were at the Museum of the Bible in September 2025 and unveiled “America Prays”. Despite getting so close to the Bible you again failed to see and turn around on your Road to Damascus. There must have been some pretty Apples next to the display of the road to Damascus?

It is impossible to believe that a human being who got an expensive education, had an uncle who was a distinguished electrical engineer, inventor and professor at MIT, could miss his last Act to turn around THREE TIMES!?

A message of hope for Reformation of the corrupted global disorder

Fellow Castaways on planet Earth,

I would like to take the occasion that the commander of the Apollo 13 mission, James A. Lovell, recently passed away to share my thoughts on lifeboats. Please refer to the collage of pictures attached to this post to connect with this text.

Most of you are probably familiar with the tragic, but teachable story of the Titanic. Designed and built to be “unsinkable”, the unthinkable happened before the marvel of its time could even finish the maiden voyage. It hit an iceberg that pierced so many sections of the partitioned hull that it could not stay afloat. This was a strike of nature that the designer of the ship had not foreseen. Many passengers died because of the hubristic assumption. The richest of them was John Jacob Astor IV, a well-known American business magnate who was returning from his honeymoon with his pregnant, younger second wife, Madelaine. She survived the disaster. Sadly, there were not enough lifeboats on Titanic because they would have spoiled the view.

There was a time where rich aristocrats and gentlemen were willing to sacrifice their own life for women and children, even the ones in Third Class. I am pretty sure that Our “ME FIRST” President would have been found in the first lifeboat, if he was faced with such a moral decision. I came across John Jacob Astor and his connection to the Titanic at a corporate event where close to 50 employees were flown from all over the World for one day to New York, to ring the opening bell of the NASDAQ Exchange. We stayed at the luxury St. Regis Hotel, founded in 1904 by Astor. There was a glass vitrine that mentioned his unfortunate demise. History is interesting and educational. I believe that there is a invaluable lesson from God to all of us in the story of the Titanic.

Recently I watched a thought-provoking documentary about the Titan Submersible that was built by the company OceanGate to offer tourist dives to the remains of the Titanic. Sadly, the experimental carbon fiber hull of Titan was crushed by the immense pressure of the icy Atlantic, incrementing the fatality count at this grave site by four precious souls. The implosion of the Titan was so sudden that its passengers could not even send a SOS (Save Our Souls) back up to their mothership. There was also no lifeboat on Titan. The parallels to Titanic are striking. Humans’ vanity and engineering hubris are alive and well. You may want to watch this documentary to appreciate how there were warning signs about the flaws in Titan’s design and implementation. There was an engineer who spoke up and took action to prevent the disaster. He was shut down with a lawsuit. The sub even had a special early failure detection system that recorded the acoustic cracks when individual carbon fibers were breaking. The data was recorded and shows that at some point the rate of fractures was going up massively. The hull essentially went over a failure cliff. These cautionary signs were ignored to save the business. When humans have a choice between riches and life, unfortunately too many of us choose money for ME over the life of others. We are whistling us to our own grave.

A rather hopeful and inspiring message is sent from the Apollo 13 disaster that ended well thanks to the creativity and resourcefulness of the crew and the large supporting team back in Houston. After the explosion of an oxygen tank on the service module, the crew of three evacuated to the capacity-for-two Lunar Module. They had to deal with limited oxygen, electricity, and water. To save themselves, they used the engines of the Lunar Module to control their space-drift around the Moon and back to Earth. One of the critical dangers that the crew had to overcome was a deadly buildup of CO2 in their small atmosphere on this six-day long Odyssey. Only by creating a makeshift CO2 scrubbing device from a small set of repurposed, misfit components did they succeed in maintaining their atmosphere healthy enough to stay alive until they could return to the command module for the final successful descend through Earth’s precious but thin atmosphere.

When I think what today’s Congress would have recommended them to do, I am pretty sure that Congress would have told the imperiled castaways that they were sending them thoughts and prayers, and that they should light a candle, join the prayers, and perhaps smoke some marijuana to calm their anxiety while slowly perishing in the increasingly toxic atmosphere without addressing the root cause of the emergency. We clearly don’t have a Congress who sees the deadly problems of our times and acts decisively to promote our survival. They just send thoughts and prayers and do a lot of trashtalking while enriching themselves, selling us out serving the special interests. Personally, I am worried about the following deadly sustainability emergencies that are threatening the Earth module that we all share:

1. Dysfunctional national government

The US Government system is marketed as a Democracy by our politicians, but it is a DINO (Democracy In Name Only). When we compare the simple scheme of one voter = one vote to the reality of a poorly aged, prototype system with Electoral College rounding up and down the weight of votes in each State, and Gerrymandered districts used to dilute the power of the party that is out of power at the State level, we have a system that is not able to react to small shifts of voter movements to guide the flight of the ship-of-state between Scylla and Charybdis. In this system individual votes don’t matter in most precincts. Only a few districts in a few states provide any input and find themselves inundated with election propaganda and lies. In recent elections we see that unhappy, disoriented voters who are in panic over the careening clown car of corrupted Government are trying to sledge-hammer the stuck steering wheel back and forth to turn the ship around towards safety. The culmination of this erratic and accelerating slide toward the cliff is the Trump 47 administration. A purely self-interested, trash-talking, toxic Agent Orange of Horror was able to escape justice by stalling the slow-moving crawl of the exhausted and blindfolded lady justice with money and spurious legal arguments by his corrupted lawyers. Now he has been able to wantonly sabotage the intentionally balanced, but inflexible structures of Government. Trump and his white blood cell minions are like the white blood cells of a body with a severe autoimmune disease who will not relent their destructive march before the infected body dies. Trump himself was damaged over four decades as he absorbed lead (Pb) that was dispersed through leaded gasoline everywhere where Americans drove. Lead is a known neuro toxin and is connected to violence and crime. Congress has abdicated its power of the purse and duty to set a course for the ship and hold the captain accountable to execute the laws faithfully. At this point Congress is a group of hostages who are toeing the party line to avoid getting culled by the corruptly pardoned January 6th wolves who have proven their willingness to violently enforce master Trump’s lawless, unfaithful desires. Congress’ decisions are solely driven by fear for their own lives and families. They are unable to comprehend the calamitous trajectory for all of Earth’s vital functions. Nobody fights. Some chose flight by not running for reelection to escape captivity. The majority appears happy to take advantage of the corrupt state to enrich themselves and create personal life rafts. White blood cells on a rampage. They belong in prison cells! The US is circling with rapid acceleration around the Abyss. When will the turd of a formerly great nation come out at the business end of the golden toilet? In what shape? Where is the lifeboat for this problem? The opposition can only master incoherent and meek whimpers, a cacophony of almost inaudible voices divided over many different frequencies (X, Substack, Blue Sky, Truth Social, Youtube, Tiktok, …) None of the terrified passengers truly knows how many others are desperate to turn the ship around to safety because there is no shared reality that we all experience.

2. Dysfunctional international order

The United Nations were created after the horrible experience of World War II to ensure that large and small countries could exist peacefully and cooperatively with each other. Russia’s relentless attacks on Ukraine and Trump’s musings of acquiring Canada and Greenland clearly prove that the special veto powers that their countries were bestowed with at the inception of the UN have been forfeited. Rules must be symmetrical and held up consistently and not just used as cudgels when it is convenient for the powerful to create the appearance of a rule-based system. The countries of the World are bullied by the Superbullies with their grotesquely supersized nuclear arsenals that have gorged themselves on precious resources that would have been better directed to move humanity forward on a sustainable path to a shared, positive and healthy future.

3. Climate change

The voracious exploitation of fossil fuels has powered an amazing, exponential explosion of knowledge and technologies. We must be grateful for the sacrifices of previous generations of miners who gave up health, and frequently even their lives, to extract energy, created by primitive life over millions of years, from the dark, dangerous depths of Earth. We have reached a point where further exploitation of fossil fuels and the pollution of the atmosphere with greenhouse gases is putting us on the road to climate hell. Over the previous 400,000 years CO2 in the atmosphere never exceeded 300ppm. In just my lifetime, less than 60 years, it has increased from 330ppm to 425ppm. Science has established that CO2 in the atmosphere leads to global warming. This knowledge was the foundation for the US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) to regulate greenhouse gas emissions. Under the Trump EPA (Environmental Pollution Agency) there is a push to remove the well-established safeguards and reestablish the freedom to pollute the atmosphere with impunity for profit of special interests. They even are shutting down the measurement systems and satellites that exist to monitor these harmful pollutants. Our ancestors knew long ago that eyes are precious. Why do you think the Bible mentions “an eye for an eye”? Will we allow the white Trump cells to do to the US what we would never accept from our worst enemy? It appears the US Supreme Court is happy to operate in a blinded state. Just look at blindfolded Lady Justice who is their powerless mascot in this battle. While the blindfolded Justices are stumbling around in the dark, the White Trump Cells are turning off the lights.

Technology exists to rapidly reduce the use of fossil fuels. A personal example: In 2015 we invested in Solar Panels and a Chevy Volt plug-in hybrid. In 10 years and over 159,000 miles this car has been a joy to drive around town and some longer trips with an average of 170MPG. Had we chosen a gas-only SUV like many others did, we would have burned 8.5 times as much gasoline. If many consumers had made a similar investment at that time we could be living in a world where crude oil only costs $20 on the global market. Russia would not have enough money to wage their violent and deadly war of aggression on their neighbor. It is not too late to start to move in this direction. We are now seeing wanton tariffs thrown at countries for buying Russian oil. The civilized, peace-loving countries in the world could choose to tax themselves on the consumption of harmful oil and then use the tax revenue to start to crimp our self-destructive thirst for oil. Just the declaration of such a plan would likely bring the global oil price down quickly when oil producers see that their noxious boondoggle is going down and they have only little time to extract profits. With such a substantial “Freedom Tax” on fossil fuels we would keep more money on our side of the global game board. That money would be able to fund the transition into a sustainable, renewable energy future for our children and to cushion the transition for those of US who need help. Unlike in Donalds erratic tariff game, the Freedom Tax would be truly paid by the producers of oil. If they can pump a barrel of oil for $15, they can sell it for $20 and still survive. We just need to curb our own addiction to oil to help stop feeding the beast and help that peace has a chance.

Ferocious fires like the Palisades and Eaton fires in California in January 2025 show clearly that our society is not prepared to handle the scale and severity of the fire superstorms that can be ignited by a single spark when the weather is “right”, or better wrong, to fan the flames and eviscerate whole cities with countless fatalities. Our awe-inspiring (in some deranged minds) capability to stack bunker-busting bombs on top of each other to pierce deep underground nuclear facilities on the other side of the globe is no match to mother nature’s primal forces that will easily reduce our lemming shelters to ash and toxic waste in a few hours on a sunny afternoon. We think we are unsinkable, but our high-tech society is extremely vulnerable with many Achilles heals inviting catastrophic failure or attacks by nefarious enemies. Just imagine a paranoid, single, old madman with an aging sensor system and compromised executive function at the controls of a nuclear arsenal with flawed information from an aging sensor system, asked to make a global kill decision in minutes under duress. We are only one electronic or software bug and a mind fart away from self-annihilation of Homo Sapiens. To me it appears that it is not a question of if but when we will win a collective Darwin Award when we accidentally blow up the crackling, sagging branch that helped us climb to the top of the evolutionary tree. Menacing nuclear guns are locked and loaded with hair triggers ready to administer the sinister, final solution to all of Homo Sapiens. What awesome and awful power we have created. We are all living under the nuclear sword of Damocles. Can Hollywood keep us all distracted and peaceful long enough until we wipe us out? “Don’t look up!” captures our Zeitgeist spot on.

4. Severe and accelerating pollution of the vital biosphere that we need for wellbeing and survival

Humanity is looking down on an amazing journey of discovery in the realm of natural sciences. Many of the items that we grasp every day are a product of chemistry and engineering. Unfortunately, quite a few inventions that were highly decorated when they were first discovered turned out to be Faustian bargains that backfired badly after initially showing great promises.

When Thomas Midgeley Jr. discovered Freon, it replaced flammable, or toxic, or explosive substances in refrigeration applications. He received the “Midgley Priestley Medal” for his Pioneering work on Freon and tetraethyl lead (T.E.L.) in 1941. Many decades later the link between Freon and the Ozone hole was established and Humanity had to change course to maintain the critical Ozone layer protection of Earth’s atmosphere against destructive radiation from the Sun. Looking at T.E.L. it was obvious from the very beginning that it was a bad idea. Midgley himself was severely poisoned at one point during the development. Workers in the manufacturing plant reported seeing butterflies flying where there were no flowers. The financial benefit of having a compound that could be patented outweighed the toxicity concerns. Society accepted or was bribed through corrupt officials to endure sustained poisoning of everybody with a constant dose of neuro toxin for many decades. Special interests were making money hand over fist. The national lead intoxication only stopped when the lead was identified as toxic for the platinum in catalytic converters who were required to clean up other noxious tailpipe emissions. Thanks to the catalytic converter the air quality in big cities has improved massively. There are even blue Skys in sunny Southern California these days. Until the clouds of ICE raids moved in.

Plastic has been a universal and cheap product with amazing versatility and a lot of short-term benefits. Unfortunately, plastic does not break down in the biosphere. It falls apart into invisible, hard-to-detect microplastic particles that are accumulated in the food chain and will ultimately lead to our brains getting plasticized from within. Think about a future where Homo Sapiens consists of the same material and is as intelligent as a Barbie Doll. We must turn away from plastics to compostable materials that can be part of a healthy, circular economy that creates value for humans without destroying Earth’s vital functions.

Forever chemicals (PFAS), a large family of substances with molecules that are indestructible in the natural environment, are another accumulating time bomb that we must defuse.

5. Unsustainable fiscal trajectory

Giving tax cuts to the rich and underfund the Government while the economy is healthy is no investment in a healthy, sustainable future. It is a corrupt act that steals from our children and future generations.

6. Loss of a shared purpose

We live in a time where many young people ask themselves what the purpose of their lives could be. In the past, religion, nationality, culture, and language established communities that provided a meaningful direction through life. At the same time these diverse value systems also created dividing lines and a lot of discord and even wars. I believe that working on the many global sustainability challenges could be a shared purpose for all of humanity. We all need a healthy atmosphere to breeze, clean water to drink, clean food, and peace.

Let me return to the lifeboat theme.

If we asked Jeff Bezos about his preferred lifeboat he might point to his superyacht. I personally have a lot of doubts that this pleasure boat will be a real lifeboat when the Trashtalker’s foot with the bone spurs kicks the nuclear football out of the ballpark in a moment of rage and spite against humanity.

If we asked Elon Musk what a lifeboat for humanity should be, he appears to choose Mars. He is dedicating a lot of resources to ultimately sending humans to the Red Planet. Humans’ biology has evolved over hundreds of Millions of years and is finely tuned to Earth’s beautiful environment with a nourishing and protective atmosphere. If a larger number of humans would go to Mars, it would require a tremendous amount of oxygen to accommodate the amount of Marijuana-smoking that would be needed to keep those Muskonauts “happy”. Thanks, but no thanks. This is not a good solution IMHO.

Finally, I would like to share my personal vision of the most suitable lifeboat for all of us here on Earth. Here is a riddle:

I spy something with my little eye that is an OBBB.

I spy something with my little eye that is not “The One Big Beautiful Bill”.

I spy something that cannot be easily seen.

I spy something that is BIG.

I spy something that is blue.

I spy something that is One Big Blue Ball.

When I look at the Earth-rising picture from the Apollo 8 mission I see the potential to create a lifeboat for 10,000,000,000 people that could traverse our galaxy for a very long time, like 100,000 years. Imagine the wonderful knowledge that we could accumulate if we could create a sustainable, peaceful civilization that endures over a timescale 4,000 times longer than the period since the beginning of the Industrial Revolution.

We can be the truly conservative generation that started the “Earthshot” initiative, the Global Sustainability Reformation that conserved Earth for future Generations.

Or we can be the Generation that walked blindly over the edge of the cliff and dropped the nuclear football.

I have a dream: We can all join and salvage this beautiful and precious lifeboat Earth before the special interests finish scuttling it.

I believe that Donald Trump was saved by God when the attempted assassination in Buttler only grazed his ear.

I believe that God’s act and protection helped Trump to get elected as the 47th POTUS.

I believe that God saved Trump to serve as HIS Orange Highlighter of Corruption at the national and international level. Trump was very quick in revealing fundamental, systemic weaknesses of the US constitution and UN charter that essentially open the path for corrupting forces that can destroy the original, good intent at the foundation of these rules-based systems. Trump is God’s WRONG WAY sign to humanity.

I believe that God saved Trump and made him behave so arbitrary, corrupt, and destructive as a shot across the bow to all of humanity to show how corruptible WE are and to clearly show that we all are on the WRONG WAY.

In their undefined wisdom, US voters granted TT Temporary Protected Status from Federal prosecution on 11/5/2024 by triggering a position by the Office of Legal Counsel in the “Just HIS” department. What happened with the weapons of mass destruction that Saddam Hussein supposedly had? Where any of the “adults in the rooms of power” held accountable for starting a devastating war under false pretenses?

Is it any surprise that the powerless countries in the world are in disbelieve when they see Russia and the US waving the magic veto wand at the UN that removes any accountability for their misdeeds? Rules are made for suckers if they are not symmetric!

About the microplastics that are accumulating in food chains and brains. How much individual thinking is still done in the country where Freedom of Thought is not even mentioned in the Constitution and more and more neurons are plasticized.

We know they/them only care about money and how to use pronouns and fear to divide us.

It is time for us, the people who care, to think about a better national and global system than the corrupt machine that Elon Musk and his free-of-care sidekick are now obliterating.

It is time to go back to the drawing board. Every vote should count! All lives on Earth matter! All humans and their future children are stakeholders on Earth.

And if you feel you are so special that you don’t care about CO2 in the atmosphere, I would like to suggest a little scientific experiment. Take a large plastic bag. Place it over your head so that you are not longer exposed to the dirty air that the others emit. Close tight around the neck. Breath deep and relax. While your body is happily emitting and recirculating the waste CO2 that your metabolism creates, think about the future of a world with a lot more CO2. Please have a trusted helper close by who can end the experiment before the experiment ends you. Your life matters to me, too.

And then take your Starship and fly to Mars!

What should our priorities be at this Fork in the Road moment for humanity?

1. Stop stupid wars. They kill people, destroy the environment, and leave a lot of toxicity behind. For many decades. We should have learned the lessons of WWI, WWII, the Korea War, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Ukraine, Gaza… Escalation of violence does not lead to peace, prosperity, and happiness. The definition of insanity is to try the same failing recipe over and over. Do we really need to try the failed trickle-down tax cut experiment AGAIN?

2. Focus a lot of our ingenuity and energy on transforming the global society on a sustainable path with respect to the limited natural resources. We need to relearn to respect Earth and each other. China is showing us what is possible. Let sunshine in your life and let it power our lives! Save clean energy in sustainable batteries. Drill-baby-drill is as smart as the plastic bag experiment! It is the wrong way! The rich nations must take responsibility for the future of our Earth. We need to deploy our wealth to fight climate change and not to create a global Crypto Coin Casino.

3. Once we have plenty of sustainable, clean, and cheap energy available we can dedicate it to powering the power-hungry Artificial Intelligence systems that can help our own poor decision-making processes. Just by looking at our leaders we can see that the executive function in many heads is already severely compromised.

There appear to be too many people who carry their heads only to prevent rain from falling into their open necks. Remember you have the Freedom of Thought even if Constitution 1.0 did not mention it. Your head is round so that your thoughts can turn their direction. It is time to turn this ship around.

What would a person from the days of Genesis think if they could time-travel into our world today? They would surely be amazed by the unbelievable recovery from God’s spell and the achievements that humans have been able to create as a group, collaborating over the global dispersion and language and cultural barriers that God created to limit us in our strive for the heavens. It only took a few thousand years to get to this point. A mere blip on the timescale of Earth that is measured in millions of years.

The history of technological innovation is short on that scale. It has been accelerating at an unbelievable pace by the collaboration of an exponentially growing number of people with valuable educations that compete fairly to create better systems and technologies.

Just looking at my lifetime we went from a transatlantic phone call that cost many $$ per minute to a nominal charge of one cent, which is essentially free. We can communicate 24x7 with our flat-rate broadband connections all over the world with all our friends.

We have satellite networks like Starlink that extend connectivity all over the world. Diseases that used to be deadly for many have been almost eliminated by vaccinations. I am not even going to try to write down a comprehensive list of all the amazing technologies and innovations that we use every day without even an inkling of awareness. I think most of us are taking these technologies as God-given and don’t even appreciate any of this any longer. Until they fail. Think about what you did during your last power outage...

How are we using these amazing capabilities? Soldiers from Russia are ordered by a despotic leader to attack their former fellow citizens with missiles, planes, drones and artillery. Ukrainian soldiers are fighting back courageously with support of Starlink and intelligence from the heavens. Hundreds of $Billions are wasted on wars that would be better spend to accelerate Humanity on a path to sustainability to prevent the climate catastrophe.

Our unbelievable communication resources are wasted on spreading lies and propaganda to sow discord that separates families and ends friendships. Amazing computer capacity is created to run a global-scale Crypto scam that is looking for ever more suckers who are made to believe that they too can all get rich quick like the creators and true investors of this Crypto casino.

I fear that we are now approaching the Tower of Babel cataclysm 2.0.

Elon Musk, who has been an amazingly creative technological innovation warrior, is taking the chain saw to the Federal Government in a reform attempt where a scalpel would be the appropriate tool to cut out the small nodules of cancer that should be removed. It is a truly tragic story of epic proportions that reminds me of the cautionary tale of Icarus.

Godspeed Elon! You have many golden parashoots. Unfortunately, the many people who you are disrespecting in the DOGE circus joke-show, while the feverish and delusional crowd cheers you forward with your chain saw, do not have the financial freedom that would allow them to glide to safety as easily as you will when your wings finally melt. In our oligarchic society, where tax cuts for the filthy-rich weigh down the country with debt, it appears that only rescue parachutes have upward mobility. Let that sink in!

It is time for all of us to ask: “Have you no sense of decency, sir?”

For how many of us does this line from congressional television in 1954 still ring a bell? I was not around but learned it from history. People forget their history and the important lessons that it holds at their own peril.

Divided we fall. Be afraid of the people who make a wonderful living by splitting us up and who love the poorly educated who become easy marks for their organized scams.

Humanity could be on an amazing, accelerating path of gaining knowledge if we follow the principles of science and truth in a world in peace that is guided by the Golden Rule.

And this does not mean that the One with the Gold rules!

Interestingly, the US Constitution does not explicitly guarantee us the Freedom of Thought! Was that an oversight? Do we need an afterthought here? The Founding Fathers probably thought that it is obvious that this Freedom cannot be taken from them. But it appears that many of us today, both on the left and right, have given up the Freedom of Thought, and outsourcing our own executive function to the groupthink that is manipulated by poor leaders who are filthy and rich and want to become even richer. Their greed has no limits and respects no borders. Any small country without its own nukes is a fair target for unfair shakedowns. MIGHT makes RIGHT. A veto trumps accountability for the powerful Nations with cushy permanent seats on the UN security Council. Laws and rules are for the small and weak.

I believe we need the Constitution 2.0 where the Founding Mothers can include Freedom of Thought in the foundation of a reformed Republic. A healthy place free of toxicity where One Voter has One Vote! Isn’t it amazing that such a simple concept of “One Voter=One Vote” can be revolutionary? What world are we accepting to live in?

Why should a modern country waste $Billions on stupid election advertisements and significant civic courage and effort to count votes, if its citizens do not even care to have each vote count?

The Constitution 1.0 promised to establish domestic Tranquility in its preamble. Constitution 2.0 should preserve this desirable goal and extend it to the global village.

I would love to have Freedom from Fear included. For school children there should not be a need to go through combat training of how to attack a deranged shooter with an AR15 that can shoot 20 rounds in 15 seconds who might appear at a moment’s notice in their classroom.

I would love to live in an advanced society where I can exercise the Freedom to not wear arms because there is a well-trained militia that does, the Police.

US small arms manufactures are making obscene profits by manufacturing unethical, dumb guns that kill 40,000 people a year in the US. That is equivalent to two 747 planes of precious human beings falling out of the sky every week. I am sure we would have more than “Thoughts and Prayers” for a technology problem where Boing sells 747s and two of them fall out of the sky every week to kill 40,000 of our loved ones every year. If we can have self-driving cars, we surely can ask for smart guns that end the American Carnage. The dumb guns are smuggled to Mexico to arm cartels with powerful rifles, even armor piercing sniper rifles, where Mexican police officers are simply outgunned in their battle to maintain tranquility for our friends in Mexico. Mexican politicians who want to work against cartels are simply executed on their streets. In return for the deadly guns the cartels smuggle deadly fentanyl and other drugs back to the US and make good money by selling bad drugs to our children. Soon they will be able to feed the illicit proceeds into Crypto ATMs in our local grocery store and then withdraw them cleanly laundered anywhere in the world. The paradise for the criminals who love Crypto is being created as we speak.

How about including Freedom from Crooks in Constitution 2.0? There could be a Consumer Financial Protection Bureau that ensures that mainstream media do not describe purchasing of value-free Crypto coins as “investing” and instead refers to it properly as "gambling". Such an agency could also prevent value-free Crypto meme coins to be hawked on Crypto exchanges, or more appropriate Casinos, to make filthy rich Crooks even richer.

Constitution 2.0 should ensure Freedom from Fear Of Missing Out . For that it should take away the Freedom of Crooks to create FOMO and scare people who are busy with their lives to send them their life savings. People deserve real protection in return for the taxes they pay.

How about including the Freedom from Crooks in Government? Transparency in Government is more than having a King who has no clothes.

Fighting corruption with CORRUPTION?

Is corruption like fire?

Dear Friends, after more than 25 years in the corporate world, I do have an appreciation for the value of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). It makes it unlawful to bribe foreign officials to promote a business. We want that businesses succeed based on the quality of the products and not based on the size of the bribes paid to the decision makers.

Now that I am a small business owner and the Trump Administration has announced on 2/10/2025 that they have paused to enforce the FCPA for 180 days, with a potential 180-day extension by the Attorney General, I am asking myself and You if this is an opportunity to accelerate to grow my business faster. Kind of like lighting the candle on both ends.

I feel that failing to enforce the FCPA is a corrupt act. It feels like they are trying to fight corruption with CORRUPTION! We know that fighting fire with fire does work, at least sometimes. The backfire can create a firebreak ahead of an approaching fire if the winds are favorable by exhausting the fuel.

If the winds are a storm like in the recent Eaton and Pacific Palisades fires setting a backfire will – well, backfire.

Corruption feels different from fire. I think this will lead to a corruptions’ arms race where more and more of the resources that could be used to make the products better are wasted on bribes.

What do my corporate lawyer friends think about the wisdom of starting corruption while enforcement is paused? The pause is not like a corrupt Presidential Pardon which is permanent and cannot be undone even if it is corrupt. See the recent pardons of violent attackers of Congress. I am afraid that I will still be breaking the law and later may see extortion by the law enforcers. I am thinking about the NY Mayor Adams case here as well.

I find it interesting that 30% of the representatives in the House have law degrees, and 51% of Senators, and nobody as far as I have seen has any concerns with the Freedom of Corruption that is created by presidential fiat. I thought Congress is the business that builds the laws, and the executive branch is executing them. Maybe the executive function in the executive branch is not functioning well any longer and understands the execution of the law like putting it on an electric chair? Words can be ambiguous. Who really knows what the meaning of “is” is? Maybe a lawyer?

Unless someone can make a good case that corruption is our future I will stick with Nancy Reagan’s advice on drugs.

Teachable Lessons from the $Trump Crypto University

On January 23, 2025, the White House published a fact sheet “ Executive Order to Establish United States Leadership in Digital Financial Technology ”

In the fact sheet we find the following presidential promise: ELIMINATING REGULATORY OVERREACH ON DIGITAL ASSETS AND PROTECTING AMERICAN ECONOMIC LIBERTY: President Trump is fulfilling his promise to make the United States the “crypto capital of the planet.”

I hope that you remember that Mr. Trump said on Feb 23, 2016, ‘ I love the poorly educated ’. This was in his victory speech after he won the Nevada Republican caucuses during his first presidential campaign. Mr. Trump’s supporters love him for being honest and straight forward. “ He tells it like it is! ” Here you see an example of his honesty and why he loves his supporters so much. And there is no doubt that he means what he says. He is now (February 2025) starting to dismantle the Federal Department of Education. Personally, I would feel offended when somebody tells me that he loves me and that he loves the poorly educated. Doesn’t that mean he thinks I am poorly educated?!

Aside from the loving education that Mr. Trump loves to sell, - I hope you remember the settlements of the Trump University scam in November 2016 ($25,000,000 to settle claims of three lawsuits) - even the “lamestream media” like the Washington Post or New York Times are doing a terrible job at explaining to people the essence of the Crypto Industry. I cannot count how many articles I read where a journalist wrote that people invest in crypto when they purchase crypto coins. As an engineer educated in Germany, I like to share some insights that I gained with my cheap (indeed free) but valuable taxpayer-funded education and share it with those who may have gotten a not-so-cheap and less valuable education at Trump University or other questionable US for-profit educational institution.

To understand the world, it is an excellent strategy to follow the money. Let’s apply this to Investing 101. We have some money. We give the money to a businessman and become shareholders or partners in his business. The businessman has a great product idea but no money. He will take some of the money as his salary, hire staff who also get a salary, buy machines, develop technology, and pay lawyers to protect the business and ideas. At this point our money has vanished into many recipients’ pockets and has provided financial fuel to launch products. The business sells the products and receives money. The money that flows back into the business for the goods that are sold is its revenue. If the business is successful, it will produce revenue that exceeds the ongoing expenses. In this case we say the business is profitable and the owners/shareholders can receive a share of the profits that are the difference between revenue and expenses.

At this time I like to point out that there are many kinds of businesses. The world of business and ethics are connected. Bringing clean water to people’s homes is good for the people and society. Of course, the water should be sold at a fair price. Selling cigarettes might be a great business for shareholders and the government if taxes are collected, but it exploits the addiction of people and stinks. There are some institutions of higher education that allow sports betting businesses to gain access to their students’ bodies to pitch betting to them and get them hooked. I believe it would be beneficial for our society if the people who have money take the ethical implications of their investments into account when they make investment decisions.

To understand the world of the Crypto industry and who the investors are in it, I would like to give you an example that most of you are familiar with. The gambling industry. Many of you have visited Las Vegas or similar places where gambling thrives. In Las Vegas, investors have built casinos and hotels where people can bring their money, stay, drink, gamble, and ultimately leave their money in Las Vegas. You may have heard the saying “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas”. The place is truly amazing. Its glorious presence proves that your money did stay there the last time when you visited. Some people apparently have fun losing their money. Others get addicted to the risk of losing their last shirt. Most games that are played at casinos are engineered to ensure that the casino will never lose, at least in the statistical sense. In a few games the player can gain an advantage if he can count cards and then bet with knowledge of the improved probabilities. To protect their profit, casinos will monitor very closely what the gamblers are doing and will shut down any successful schemes that violate the #1 rule that your money must stay in sin city.

With the helpful analogy of the gambling industry, it is easy to see that the investors in the Crypto space are those people who provide the money to create the Crypto coins, the computer systems that are required for trading, and the exchanges who handle the transactions. The investors will also pay for advertisements to hire celebrities to pitch crypto at the Superbowl. And pay politicians many $1,000,000 to get favorable rules and laws to market their gambling product to the public without having to fear for repercussions for taking advantage of the poorly educated. The people who buy crypto coins are like the gamblers in casinos. Some of them may get lucky if they buy a coin early and sell it to another gambler before the coin’s valuation collapses. If we look at all the gamblers as a large family, we can observe that money flows to the creators of the Crypto Casino.

When we look at the value of crypto mining to society, we find that it is a mechanism where the people who are made to believe that they can get rich quickly transfer their hard-earned cash to the crypto overlords. There is no benefit to society.

If you love Mr. Trump, you might remember that he said in June 7/2021, “ Bitcoin, it just seems like a scam ”. Fast forward to 2025 where the Crypto “Industry” plowed $245 Million into the election cycle to promote pro-crypto lawmakers and support Mr. Trump.

These donations ultimately were a successful investment to buy favorable US Government treatment for the Crypto scam. Three days before his inauguration Mr. Trump became an investor in his own crypto casino with the $Trump and $Melania meme coins where anybody who wants to curry favors with the educator in chief can openly give him $1,000,000 or even $1,000,000,000. IMHO these coins should be trading under the alias $Emoluments coins.

If you hold Crypto coins you might want to get out before their valuation will drop to their value. You have the first mover advantage if you can get out some real money before reality sinks in.

When you contemplate to go to the Crypto Casino of the world, please remember Nancy Reagan and drugs:

“Just say No!”

President Trump nominated to Nobel Peace Prize

Dear Friends,

We live in a time where even the most outrageous statements and actions fail to raise concern with many people. Today is Presidents Day. On this occasion, I like to share an uplifting, explosive vision that I see in the future.

You may have heard how President Trump said in a press conference with Israel’s Prime Minister, that he deserves the Nobel Peace Prize, but that they will never give it to him. I hope you remember that Alfred Nobel was the inventor of dynamite. It made him rich, and he created the Nobel Prizes as a recognition of outstanding achievements in science and culture. I used a picture from the Inventors Hall of Fame as the canvas for my picture today. For those of you who care to know we are in National Engineers Week that we celebrated from February 16 to February 22, 2025.

For those who have studied the Trump Bible I like to remind you of the inspiring story of Saul of Tarsus, later known as Paul the Apostle. He was a zealous Pharisee who initially persecuted Christians. He experienced a dramatic conversion on the road to Damascus, becoming a key figure in spreading Christianity.

Like the conversion from Saul to Paul, I see an opportunity where President Trump, the Orange Highlighter of Corruption, will travel on his road to Damascus. He will understand God’s will and that he was saved by God to show us the corrupt direction that leads to climate hell. Humanity stands at a Fork in the Road. As soon as Trump understands his manifest destiny and turns around, he can end the American Carnage, as promised in his first inaugural address in 2016 by unleashing Elon Musk to replace dumb guns with the smart Musk-ET. Trump will also be able to carefully trim the forest of international rules, laws, and corrupt veto power that prevent Justice.

Tesla to develop a smart gun, the Musk-ET

Ending American Carnage

A powerful source has shared with me that Tesla will soon start to develop a smart gun. My source received numerous concerns from Tesla shareholders on the Private Prayer App. The shareholders worry that the stratospheric Price to Earnings ratio of Tesla, currently at around 177, will not be sustainable considering recent activities of their CEO that make the brand toxic. Emptying the rice bowls of little hungry children in Africa by destroying USAID does not create much sympathy with compassionate people and Christians who are no CINOs (Christian in name only). Sales numbers are dropping precipitously in many markets. My source understands the concerns of the shareholders and agrees to help. In normal times he prefers a hands-off management style, relying on humans’ intelligence to make good choices for themselves. But in light of recent, dark developments in the US he sees a great opportunity to create transformational change to reestablish domestic Tranquility as promised in the preamble of the US Constitution. To end the American Carnage, my source has told me that he will send a business proposal to Elon Musk on the encrypted Epiphany App. The game-, or better carnage-changing, technology will be a smart gun that Tesla can develop very quickly by combining existing video processing technologies from their cars and previous flame thrower projects. With fast image processing technologies and AI, the smart gun will not kill American school children when they scurry away from a dumb shooter that wants to use a gun to take retribution. It will also refuse to be discharged on a suicide attempt.

My source will also send an Epiphany App message to President Trump who has shown himself concerned about American Carnage since his first inaugural speech and recently when a plane crashed in Washington. Since the President was saddened by the loss of 67 lives in the first major US plane crash for many years, my source believes that the loss of more than 40,000 lives every year from dumb guns, equivalent to two 747 Jumbo Jets crashing every week, will motivate Trump to declare a National Intelligence Emergency to outlaw Dumb Guns and exchange them for Tesla Smart guns. He is promising a get-out-of-purgatory-free Meme Coin. This quid pro quo can be justified and HIS decisions cannot be appealed to any higher authority.

To tickle Elon’s itch with funny word plays, my source proposes to brand the smart gun as the Tesla Musk-ET. He knows that Musk will enjoy seeing his name combined with ET, the Extra-Terrestrial. The name will invoke memories of the musket, the guns from the 17th century when the Constitution was written. They were safer by the fact that it took 20 seconds or more to fire a single shot. That beautiful safety feature made America great.

Smart technology can be a solution to real problems

Dear Elon Musk,

I have noticed recently that you have been dedicating your amazing engineering skills in ways that are not really making the world a substantially better place. Emptying the rice bowls of hungry kids in Africa is not saving a lot of lives. You are burying your talents. The landing of rockets was so much more impressive and thinking outside the box. Your Tesla shareholders might also be quite concerned that your recent activities have caused you to be seen as a quite toxic character. That might not be good for Tesla where the price-to-earnings ratio (PE) is high at 177. When we are looking at the money that Tesla earns per year it will take 177 years to that get the money back that an investor pays when he buys a TSLA share today. Who knows how the world will look in 177 years? And who can wait that long to get his money back? There have been even recent reports that the sales of Tesla are going down significantly in other countries that do not appreciate your political activities.

With this background, I am thinking about an engineering challenge for you that is more worthy of your talents where you could leverage Tesla technology and save many lives.

Every year there are more than 40,000 fatalities in the US from dumb guns. That is a death toll equivalent to more than one hundred 747 crashing every year. In a smart country somebody would be doing something about such an atrocious air safety record. And Congress is unable to do anything about it. Their universal application of thoughts and prayers has failed. I think we can agree that progress is the opposite of Congress, at least in its current low energy, low power form.

Would you be able to end this American Carnage be developing a smart gun that will not discharge at innocent children in US classrooms or concert venues?

As a branding idea, I like to suggest that you call this smart gun the “Tesla Musk-ET”. This is my word play combining your wonderful name with ET, the Extra Terrestrial. I think both are dear to your heart. We both love wordplays. Let that sink in!

Imagine the stellar business opportunity that the replacement of hundreds of millions of dumb guns provides. There is enough profit there to align Tesla’s PE to the PE of regular businesses that do not have the X factor in their DNA. That would get Tesla on a sustainable financial path where somebody else take the helm without the stock valuation collapsing from the stratosphere back to Earth.

I think it will be helpful to ask your friend President Trump to declare a National Emergency over the 40,000 US annual gun fatalities to make the exchange of dumb guns with Tesla Musk-ETs mandatory. Ignore Congress. We are tired of their Thoughts and Prayers non-solution.

You are at a Fork in the road.

You can continue to chase a few dollars of governmental inefficiency by emptying the rice bowls of poor children that are surviving on USAID.

Or you can end the American Carnage where Donald Trump promised us that only he can fix it in 2016. We have been waiting. The carnage got worse. Now that you are on the team, I believe that even the impossible is possible.

Are we ready for God's intelligence Test?

I love that God sent US Donald Trump

Fellow Christians,

Those of us who truly follow Jesus are motivated by our deep love to him and his teachings. We passionately study and interpret the scriptures in the Bible that describe his amazing live. His actions as related in the Bible then become a powerful guide to understand Gods plan and become more like him. In the Sermon on the Mount (Gospel of Matthew, chapters 5-7), he shares a message of radical love, compassion, and selflessness. He encourages us to love our enemies, to forgive others, and to care for the poor and marginalized. If all of humanity followed in Jesus’ footsteps, I am sure that we would be able to enjoy a life of tranquility and general welfare as the Constitution of the United States wants to provide.

Donald Trump also has led and still is leading an amazing life among, or above us. A very good argument can be made that God sent him to us so that we can become better Christians and Citizens. One of the amazing gifts that Donald Trump bestowed on us was that he connected the US Constitution and the Bible in the Trump Bible. I see a great opportunity that by carefully and lovingly studying Donald Trump’s life and the Constitution similarly to how we study the Bible we can return on a path to a more perfect Union. I believe God sent Donald Trump to encourage us to inject disinfectant into our society and shine a very powerful light inside of its corrupted body to heal it from the inside. This should remind you of Mr. Trumps suggestion on how we could fight the Corona virus. His proposal may not have been sane or practical in a scientific sense in that context. But if we transfer the thought to the rot and disease in our society and international relationships such a prescription makes sense.

Positive and negative examples are both powerful teaching tools. When God sent Jesus he used a positive teaching strategy. Jesus’ example was so powerful in the personal encounter with the people he met that from a very small group it reached and converted a large proportion of humanity to profess to follow him. Looking at this amazingly successful influencer story after 2000 years, God might think that the essence of the message was good and aligned with humans’ deepest needs. But he would also have to realize that the desire of many individuals to gain power over others, and to amass worldly treasures still left a lot of corrupt behavior. How else could he explain that many church leaders would turn a blind eye to horrible abuse of the most vulnerable who were entrusted to their care? This observation might have motivated God to try a negative teaching approach when he sent us Donald Trump. Since the carrot did not get humanity all the way to its manifest destiny, maybe a stick might work to complete God’s vision. In that sense I can appreciate how God created a caricature of an unprincipled, selfish and evil-behaving person to provoke our thoughts and challenge our complacency with the status quo.

It should only require a few simple rules for a small group of people to live together in peace. “Don’t do to others what you don’t want to have done to yourself” can be found in the Analects of Confucius and is often referred to as the “Golden Rule”. In the Old Testament we find the Ten Commandments which are a set of simple rules that are important to maintain peace and tranquility. In the Book of Exodus, it is established that the punishment should match the injury. Take an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, … This is an old and good rule that prevents a spiral of violence in a conflict where each side wants to extract a larger punishment than the injury that it suffered. After the injury is matched the conflict can stop. We are even!

Modern society has also codified rules how to wage war “just”. There must be a proportionality between the military objective and the number of innocent lives that are sacrificed to achieve it. We have all had the recent opportunity to hear how this rule is mentioned by the lawyers of the powerful nations to justify the action of dropping 2000-pound bombs on a population of millions confined to a few square miles. In the tally of injury and death the result is that tens of thousands of lives are taken for a thousand lives. The ancient people who believed in Exodus would be horrified if they time-traveled to a time where humans appear ready to work on time traveling technology. In its humanity, Humanity has been backsliding substantially in modern days to a level of cruelty even before the days when the Book of Exodus was written. Humans have been on an amazing innovation journey of killing technology while at the same time creating a legal framework to justify the unjustifiable. MIGHT MAKES RIGHT! Legal innovation and word trickery takes essential Justice away.

When God looks at the Superpower that supplies the 2000-pound bombs in the above example and claims to be guided by Christian values he must be shocked if he compares the deeds with Jesus’ teaching of de-escalation in the Sermon on the Mount:

“You have heard that it was said, 'An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth. ' But I say to you, Do not resist one who is evil. But if any one strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also" (Matthew 5:38-39 RSV).

We write “In God we trust” on our currency. Thinking about the above, I doubt that God trusts US. Promoting and using Crypto currency, essentially a scam if you listened to the 45th President Trump, is an acknowledgment that the US lost God’s path a long time ago. Now the scammers are on a roll. The 47th President Trump increased his net worth by billions of Dollars when he created $Trump and $Melania meme coins on the Solana Blockchain three days before assuming power. Could a more perfect instrument of corruption be created? I doubt it. We the people would likely not even complain if he created a $Emoluments Coin or a $Trump-Pardon Coin! If God wanted to create a caricature of corruption to highlight the weaknesses in the US Constitution and in international laws and rules, he could not have created a better Orange Highlighter than Donald Trump. And Trump told us that he was saved by God. And he never lies. We should start to believe him. I do. And realize that God has pivoted from sending us a positive example to follow to an example that shows what not to do. When the carrots don’t work it is time for the Orange Stick.

If we claim to be Christians’, we should go back to ask ourselves: “What would Jesus do?” Or if we have forgotten what Jesus did, we could also follow a path of “Do what Donald Trump does not do”.

We now have a President who literally fights windmills and paper straws. Does anybody think about Don Quixote? Laws and the Constitution are not even speed bumps on the run-away train. There is no emergency brake for a runaway Executive Branch without executive function. To help fight fire in LA the Orange Highlighter ordered to release water from reservoirs that do not even connect to LA but threaten to inundate some agricultural areas. The execution of the orders of madness also has no executive function. Water that could be used in the future to grow valuable crops is instead wasted.

The interesting question to me is how far madness must explode until people realize they are getting punked. I LOVE GOD’S SENSE OF HUMOR!

Evolution has a few hundred million years left to find and develop intelligence on Earth. It may come from a different branch of evolution. Homo sapiens are rapidly sawing off theirs by creating Artificial Intelligence without even noticing the peril.

The Value of Accidents and Catastrophes

False equivalents

The recent airplane crash in Washington and the catastrophic fires in Los Angeles motivate me to share my thoughts on the value in such accidents. In the news the focus is usually first on the fatalities and damage that such events create. That is human. Thinking about the value appears heartless. Bear with me. There is a powerful history of innovation that is propelled by taking such events as teachable moments and learning important lessons. This process is the reason flying is the safest mode of transportation per mile. From an engineering perspective each real accident is a critical test case that the designer of a system did not consider.

The failure of the MCAS system on the Boeing 737 Max is a teachable moment in two important directions. There is a technical angle where a safety-related system was not designed with sufficient redundancy. And then there was a commercial interest where the addition of this complex control system was hidden from pilots to avoid the cost of retraining them. Hundreds of people died because of this corrupt motive.

Learning from mistakes is a sign of intelligence. Individual pain is a powerful motivator. Once a child has touched a hot stove it will learn a lesson for life. Really smart people learn from the mistakes that others make. Compassion is important for society to progress. Compassionate people do not have to feel all the misery of life for themselves to appreciate the suffering of others and work to make life better for everybody.

Thought experiments and simulations in science are powerful tools to expose the weaknesses of systems without the cost of accidents and catastrophes. A proactive mindset is very valuable. Unfortunately, if you are a successful engineer that has worked proactively for all your life you must have learned the following lesson: Upper management often sees no value in the absence of accidents. They can be so removed from the crude engineering realities that they do not even know that a project with a cost of tens of $Millions is at risk to fall into a hole because somewhere down in the margin models there is an assumption that 4x1=1. Ignorance is bliss and makes the big bucks if we are lucky to avoid falling into cracks.

When I as an engineer and a member of the flying public think about the complex system that humans have created so that more than four billion of us can fly with only minor inconvenience every year with very few accidents, the amazing power of proactive engineering and learning from accidents is proven beyond any doubt.

At this point my mind pivots into a loaded question. Don’t you think it is strange that we are now worried about the safety of flying where we had one large accident with sixty-seven fatalities which was the first larger accident since 2001? I am thinking that this is strange when contrasting this to our acceptance of tens of thousands of gun related fatalities every year (48204 in 2022). There is an opportunity here where even reactive engineering could save a lot of lives. If the gun fatalities fell from the sky in two planes every day somebody would do something. Which begs the question: Why is nobody looking into this? There are always discussions if guns kill people, or people kill people. But I think we must look at the system to better understand the root causes of this constant and growing catastrophe. I am thinking about a couple of reasons here that we should appreciate:

1. You might know that there is the “Dickey Amendment” in a federal law that prohibits the use of federal funds to advocate or promote gun control. This chills research on this topic. Personally, I do not think the law is smart when it forbids us to learn from mistakes and accidents.

2. There is also the problem of false equivalencies in the historical context that has the US stuck in a rut on this topic. On October first, 2017, Stephen Paddock, a non-DEI citizen of the United States killed 60 people and injured approximately 867 (at least 413 by gun wounds, others from the panic that ensued) by firing into a crowd of 22,000 concertgoers who were exercising their right to happiness in Las Vegas. He was able to fire over one thousand rifle rounds from assault rifles that he was able to convert to operate like fully automatic machine guns by adding so called bump stocks that were available legally at the time. What did we learn from this catastrophe? Congress sent thoughts and prayers as is customary for such disasters. Our wonderful 45th president banned bump stocks after this shooting. Unfortunately, our less-wonderful Supreme Court declared the bump stock ban illegal on 6/14/2024 in light of the second amendment and the historical context of the constitution.

It is interesting how the conservative justices on the Supreme Court can parse historic words that were written at a specific level of technology to create an equivalence between a front loaded gun, reloading time about 30 seconds for one shot, and a semiautomatic assault rifle that can release 15 to 20 rounds in 15 seconds in semiautomatic mode, and can now legally be converted again to work like a machine gun with a bump stock. To an engineer and hopefully any school child in America it is clear that 1/30 is much smaller than 20/15. Shouldn’t proficiency at basic math be a requirement to get on the Supreme Court? Is the Senate evaluating this in the advice and consent function? Maybe the struggle with basic math explains why some of the Justices have such a hard time accounting for the value of the perks that their benefactors provide to them.

I feel that the justices who are protected by the Federal Marshall service in their cozy chambers are not really connected with the reality that our school children face when they must practice regularly how to deal with the risk of an armed school shooter. One of the suggestions to the victims of a shooting is to rush the shooter and overwhelm him. For a person with just a little imagination and compassion it is obvious that there is a HUGE difference between rushing a guy with a musket that can release one round in 30 seconds vs. the modern semiautomatic rifle that releases more than one round per second for many seconds. In the first case one person might get killed before the attacker is rushed. In the second case the bodies pile up so rapidly that any rush stops dead. Literally.

I am thinking about a thought experiment here: We should offer the Justices a choice between two scenarios:

1. A court chamber that will be attacked by a shooter with a musket, vintage 1787.

2. A court chamber that will be attacked by a shooter with an assault rifle.

In the spirit of entertainment that the people of today enjoy so much we could call this the Supreme Survivor Game and broadcast this on TV.

However, there is no reasonable question here and we can spare the justices to suffer through this experiment. Any sane person will know there is no equivalence.

This raises the question why such a simple question was answered incorrectly from the highest bench in the country without being challenged. There must be a corrupt force in the system that prevents us from learning from catastrophes. Follow the money!

I see a sliver of hope. Our wonderful 47th president has decided that Congress is the opposite of progress. He has entrusted Elon Musk with extraordinary powers to fix the wrongs that the US Constitution 1.0 could not prevent. With Elon’s technological savvy in creating self-driving cars, I am confident that Tesla could create a much safer gun. Imagine what such revolutionary technology could do to TSLA stock! Value and valuation would get much closer to each other. And since the Seconds Amendment afficionados have recently become also afficionados of Musk, I see the opportunity that all the owners of non-equivalent assault weapons will upgrade them to the new, safer Muskets.

The only problem that I see for Elon is that he will not be able to get a trademark on the “Musket”. Our Supreme Court word parsers might find historical equivalency here. And in this case any reasonable person should agree with them.

A smart society learns from accidents and catastrophes. Will AI help us to get on a path to a more perfect Union 2.0?

Or will the corrupting forces that benefit personally from other people’s misery prevail?

Armed with the delusion that he was saved by God to make America great again, and the delusion of unlimited power (“Article 2 says I can do what I want”), and a box of pardon sharpies, the $Trump Cabal has embarked on a shock-and-awe X-ification assault of the United States. Where Christians used to ask themselves “What would Jesus do?” it appears that their actions are driven now by “What did THEY/THEM (insert most professed-Christianly disfavored pronoun here) do to Jesus?” It seems they think that what was good enough for Jesus should be good for the Union. And Canada, Greenland, Panama, …

In Elon Musk’s world the letter “X” symbolizes the crossing of ideas. Don’t get cross about this. While the docile sheep in Congress are ruminating on the meaning of the words “Advice and Consent” and are in a hear-no-evil, see no-evil-mindset, or getting ready to personally profit from the impending catastrophe, the X crusaders are tearing down the walls and foundations of the Union. The Constitution is not worth the paper that it was written on if the President is unbound and unhinged from it. We have all witnessed the value of the security “assurances” that the United States and Russia gave to Ukraine when it gave up nuclear weapons on its territory in 1994.

Tellingly, the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is one of the first targets in the crosshairs of X-ification. Where previous generations appreciated that they did not live in a vacuum - there is an atmosphere that accumulates our waste - and actions have equal and opposite reactions - remember Newtons law - the mindset appears to be that there will be no reaction if the crusaders can clean the opposition from the game board and shoot them to Mars in a rapid no-holds-barred assault. And if the legal snail would ever catch up with them there is a Presidential Pardon Mill to let all of them go free. Why not create a rule that each $Trump meme Crypto coin comes with an unlimited pardon for any laws broken while crusading against the United States? It worked for the violent January 6th attackers. Why not do the same for all the $Trump 47 Cabal? Hunter Biden got a pardon, too. And General Milley. Where will such a spiral of false equivalencies lead the US? And the world?

As an engineer I think we could blame the Founders for designing the US Government system without an emergency brake for the case that the head of the Executive branch snaps. But then they were operating in an age of horsedrawn wagons and could not imagine how the structure that they created would hold up to an attack lead by the president himself with the speed and force of a SpaceX Starship Rocket. They designed the system to the best of their abilities. Reform and redesign are needed to make the old structure safe to the new loads. There was an attempt to create an emergency brake in the 25th amendment, ratified in 1967. But that mechanism is rendered inoperable by a cabinet that is created from a willing group of fellow Cabal crusaders.

It is time for “Thoughts and prayers”! The only solution that Congress has been able to provide after countless mass shootings. What can we expect from them in a high-speed constitutional crisis?

I fear that it is time to fly the US flag upside-down. Maybe the Supreme Court in general and Justice Alito specifically can help us with that.

Are our laws just? Or are many of them just rigged game rules?

We are at a "Fork in the road"

Dear Friends,

I shared recently that I became a US Citizen. As a legal resident I had to study the US Constitution and history to pass a test. I like to talk about what I love about the United States and especially about the Preamble of the Constitution:

“ We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America. ”

I chose to become a Citizen because I love tranquility, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

We see that the Founders felt that they did not have Justice when they were the subjects of the English King. Why is establishing Justice so important? I think there is an innate awareness in most people what Justice is, and how important it is for all the benefits and freedoms that the Constitution and Bill of Rights confer on US! Now I am an engineer and not a lawyer, so I am not a legal expert by any measure. Perhaps this can be an advantage as it provides a vantage point with a radical change of perspective vs. how lawyers see the legal system and society. One beauty in science and engineering that I love is the fact that the laws of nature are universal and do not change in arbitrary ways from country to country or from time to time.

From my perspective it is noteworthy that the Founders wanted to establish JUSTICE, and not LAWS! I think human beings would be happy if the laws in their land provided similar universal fairness and stability as the laws of nature provide.

The Universal Declaration of Human Rights as proclaimed by the United Nations General Assembly in 1948 (resolution 217A) probably comes closest to the spirit of universal fairness by setting out, for the first time, a common standard for fundamental human rights to be universally protected.

How did humanity get to a point where we see an almost impenetrable forest of laws that appear to prevent more and more people from receiving Justice? Christians believe that there is the original sin that all humans are born into as the result of Adma and Eve disobeying God when they tasted the forbidden fruit from the tree of knowledge in paradise.

We can see that the growth of knowledge and technology has gone hand in hand with the pervasive and sometimes invasive growth of laws. In the early stages of small human groups a few rules like The Ten Commandments were sufficient to maintain peace and order. Nobody had to worry about poisonous lead or forever chemicals in drinking water. Or that carbon emissions from the few cooking fires would end up throwing the global climate into a state from hell that might take millions of years to reverse. Humans’ innate desire to search for knowledge has propelled us on an explosive growth path where more and more rules were required to keep us safe and happy in a system that became more and more complicated. “Do not dry your puppy in the microwave”! “Do not use your cellphone next to your head for many hours”! “Get vaccinated”! …

In democratic societies the productive people with critical skills to keep society happy and fed have outsourced the creation of such rules to politicians that are supposed to look out for us by enacting laws that are beneficial to all people. They should be our good shepherds. Unfortunately, many humans that go into politics appear to have an innate desire to exercise power for their personal benefit and accumulate riches. Greed propels their world. Politicians have learned that their position of power can be translated to money by inserting loopholes and special interest provisions into any new law that is created. Corporations and rich people have learned that it is cheaper to “petition” politicians than pay their fair share of taxes. Many regular people feel that the stewards who were meant to be our good shepherds have sold us out to the special interests. I believe there is a lot of truth in this feeling!

With this background I can try to understand the recent, scary developments in the United States. We the people of the United States have entrusted our well-being to a hero, or super villain, depending on your political view, who has a proven, life-long track record of using money, the legal system, and its tools and agents as a powerful personal weapon and shield while showing amazing super power-like skills of avoiding accountability for actions that would have gotten anybody else behind bars a long time ago. In his most recent adventure, he has run out the clock to delaying justice to a point where justice is ultimately denied because some people in power, a while ago, decided to create a rule that sitting presidents will not be prosecuted. On the homerun to impunity, he even almost got killed! He, or his ear, dodged the bullet! What an amazing story we have seen here! Even if you do not love Donald Trump as an example for your kids, you must admit that if GOD is watching the soap opera that is playing out on planet Earth right now, HE must be anxious to see what will happen next. Will they fly to Mars? Will the Executive usurp power from the atrophied legislative branch? Both branches are awfully old and either side could snap under a little more weight.

I see two paths forward. Or as former environmental savior recently turned political power player, or purchaser, Elon Musk would say: “A fork in the road”.

The more likely path is one where the forest of all the laws will be burned down, together with the reasonably well-functioning society that we inherited from the backs of our hardworking ancestors. They worked in fields and mines while sacrificing life and health to provide resources to develop the knowledge and technology we enjoy today. On the foundation of their sacrifices, we built a hedonistic “bread and games” society where sports gambling, legalized drugs, value-less Crypto coin mining, and Crypto meme coins are the past time of the day. These activities do not create value to society as a whole and prey on our weaknesses. This model does not have much of a future in my view.

An alternative path can be imagined where humans realize that we are on a road to climate hell and begin to strive to create a more perfect global and sustainable union. We, the people who voraciously consume much more than our fair share of the non-renewable resources that Earth can provide, must change our ways so that humanity can continue a sustainable path into our potentially amazing future. There is so much more knowledge to be gained if we can keep the appreciation of science and engineering up. Following the special interest’s slogan of “Drill baby drill!” to feed power-hungry AI datacenters seems rather unintelligent if all this artificial intelligence power will be used to further divide us into factions, cook us, and ultimately turn us on a road to HELL. Literally!

Low corporate taxes and high personal income taxes create strong incentives to export jobs. There is no law of nature that corporate profits are taxed much lower than people’s income from labor! Many laws reflect backroom dealings that were done to favor special interests over the common good in return for other favors. Quid pro quo is the enemy of the people. Shining sanitizing light on the dealing under the table is critical to staying healthy.

I believe that unjust laws in our society need drastic but careful gardening work. Let’s start some diligent raking in the legal forest to reduce the risk that it catches fire and the whole US burns down. The recent catastrophic fires in Eaton and Pacific Palisades are powerful reminders that money and status do not protect from catastrophic losses after an ignition occurs when hurricane force winds of change are blowing. Rich and poor suffer together. The artificial paradise on Mars cannot be booked yet on Expedia. We still have a chance to cut and prune a path back to:

Throwing grenades into the dry forest in all directions will only create a painful reset back to the Flint Stones. Let’s think about our children and posterity and work together to create a more perfect, sustainable Union!

Think what you can do for yourself that benefits US

Dear Friends,

I hope you made it through the first week of the National Energy Emergency which was suddenly declared on January 20th. Back in the days when America was great (in the 1970s) such an emergency meant that you (or more likely your parents or grandparents) would have waited a long time in a very long line at an empty gas station for a tanker truck to supply the station. This time seems different. When I went to my local Costco gas station last Friday there was a bit of a line, but everything was moving along splendidly and there were no concerns about supply shortages. Even the emergencies seem to have gone “woke” these days.

Despite there apparently not being a serious problem, I started to think about how the energy consumption situation could be improved. First, I remembered JFK’s quote from his inaugural address: “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country”. I did not hear this quote myself, but it is inspiring, and I believe this was captured before the truth was buried under alternative facts. If more of us acted along these lines, I think we would be able to solve a lot of real problems. Perhaps even get a man to the moon again! Maybe even a man of color. You might be thinking we could even send an orange man? Or a woman? Sorry I digress.

Unfortunately, this high-minded spirit appears to be lost nowadays. Most people seem to primarily look out for themselves. Some of the least charitably minded create meme coins to sell to their fans, or if they are stake holders in more serious Crypto ventures they are waiting for the blessing of the New Govern“mint” to bless their Kryptonite and peddle their value-free bit patterns to marks who do not appreciate the difference between value and valuation. Unfortunately, in the Crypto coin space there is zero of the former even if there appears to be a lot of the latter. Those of you who have followed my Crypto bashing hopefully remember that Crypto is a storage-less system like a tankless water heater. In the long run we expect that value and valuations will converge.

With this Zeitgeist as the foundation, I feel that a solution to the energy emergency should primarily be driven by individual greed. We must work with the people we have, and not with the Saints we wish we had. That is why I propose a less charitable, easier to sell strategy “Think what you can do for yourself that benefits US”. After all, if everybody thinks about himself there is somebody thinking about everybody. Along these lines I like to share my personal story that has helped me and my family to be mostly insulated from this emergency.

In 2015 my family invested in a set of solar panels for our home and bought a Gen 2 Chevy Volt plug-in hybrid that runs purely electrically for up to 53 miles. Then it switches over seamlessly to continue driving on gas. We enjoyed the mostly electric driving now for over 150k miles at an average MPG of 170. Before we used to drive a minivan that guzzled about 20MPG. With this investment we deflated our gas costs by over 85%. That is an amazing deflation. There were also substantial savings on maintenance. Instead of changing oil every 5,000 miles we only had to change oil a few times over the 150,000 miles. After all, the engine is running only about 25% of the time and only kicks in on longer trips where the battery gets exhausted. The extended maintenance intervals also saved a lot of valuable personal time that would have been spent bringing a conventional car into more frequent service. I am not a big fan of car dealerships that appear to be looking for almost new parts in my car to replace them with new parts. Despite mostly driving in the city, we are still on the original brake pads and rotors. Regenerative breaking recovers the kinetic energy of the vehicle rather than destroying brakes. This also reduces brake dust in the environment which is good for air quality.

If more of US invested in solar panels and plug-in hybrid cars we could as a country massively reduce gas consumption and export the saved gas to other countries that prefer to get their energy from US rather than from Russia. Think about this marketing slogan: Freedom gas from US! Aside from personal and national financial returns on investment there would also be significant environmental benefits from less CO2 pollution of the atmosphere and oceans.

Great technologies exist! Let’s invest smartly to become resilient to prices that we individually cannot control. And together we will create benefits for all of US!

Our future, and the future of our children is in our own hands! Let’s be conservative (small "c") and preserve some of the precious fossil fuel resources that required millions of years to form. Future generations will have a better use for them than just burning them up in inefficient machines.

In 2025=45^2 POTUS 47 to square off what POTUS 45 began 8 years ago

After 4 years of economic recovery with the stock market reaching new heights we are now going back to the multiple indicted and in New York convicted Felon who promised everything to everybody just to stay out of jail. It seems the Federal Government will now be run like a corporation with a laser focus on profitability. The Justice Department has a lot of potential to bring in money. Pardons for sale and protection from prosecution is a great business model. Why pay Don Corleone if Uncle Don has the biggest guns and they are for hire? I designed a new seal for the "Just HIS" department to show the new focus of the organization. You have to read the text carefully. When I loaded this into an AI image analysis system it just identified it as the Seal of the Justice department. Maybe the modifications would have been easier to see if they had been done sharpie style like the infamous edits on the hurricane map. The Latin text has also been changed. Everybody should be familiar with the "Quid pro quo" after the first Trump impeachment trial where Trump pressured Ukraine to launch investigations into the Biden Family in return for a release of congressionally approved weapons shipments. He corruptly leveraged his power over the release of the weapons to force Ukraine to launch corrupt investigations. Where the original seal shows "JUSTITIA" we are now focusing on "PECUNIA"=money. So the new Latin phrase translates to "This for that, money follows". With the new $TRUMP and $MELANIA meme Crypto coins I feel this new seal is right-on-the-money!

How the decimal number system diminishes large numbers in our perception

Have you ever thought about how the use of the decimal number system diminishes your perception of large numbers? These days we hear about trillions of $US in bail-out money, or tens of thousands of deaths in the Covid-19 crisis.

At https://covidtracking.com/data/us-daily you can find data about the death count.

As of 4/24/2020 a total of 45786 is shown. What does this mean? How did we get here?

In the beginning there were just a few deaths, represented in a single digit (1-9).

Then we had to add another digit to count the next 90 fatalities. (10-99)

Then we had to add another digit to count the next 900 fatalities. (100-999)

Then we had to add another digit to count the next 9000 fatalities. (1000-9999)

Then we had to add another digit to count the next 90000 fatalities. (10000-99999)

To the eye and our perception, adding another digit becomes less and less significant.

At some point it is almost impossible to see a difference.

For example, what is the difference between Debt1=$US 100000000000 and Debt2=$US 1000000000000? Looks pretty much the same, doesn't it?

To help your eyes, and save you the counting let me write it on two consecutive lines:

Debt1=$US 100000000000

Debt2=$US 1000000000000

The difference is zero. One zero added on the right in Debt2, i.e. the second number is ten times larger. Debt2 is 1 Trillion $US. But do you have any idea how much money that is?

How does the happiness of 2 Billionaires compare to the happiness of 2000 Millionaires? Both groups have the same money ...

When reading the oath and the "to the best of my Ability" qualifier I think a good case can be made that the buck does not stop at the oval office for DJT. There is no responsible party there!

As an analogy: If parents let their eight-year-old drive their car, knowing full well that he is not competent to do this task and there is a good chance he may harm himself and others, they will be held accountable for accidents that are caused by the non-qualified driver at the wheel. Transferring this to #(44+1) a lot of the responsibility lies with the Congress men and women, and Senators, who keep the non-qualified "driver" behind the wheel. Whatever their motivations are, they MUST be held accountable by their constituents for their irresponsible support! To scold the kid after the bodies are piling up does not absolve the reckless parents of their responsibility!

As the impeachment plot thickens

Sometimes in life it is difficult to see patterns when everything appears uniform. Our little friend in the picture above is a great example. In many cases corruption may be similarly hard to see. Think about how many United States politicians are paid significant campaign contributions from big businesses like pharma companies. After they are elected they then have to vote on laws that drive the business of their contributors. But then that is called "lobbying". In the end all comes down to the question of what the meaning of "is" is. Or what a "perfect" call was!

Politicians take money from the rich and votes from the poor to protect them from each other!
